the best Returnboard

the best Returnboard

This DUO RETURNBOARD is the non plus ultra
You can't get a better one at the moment!

At the end of the article you will find my purchase offer
and videos that prove my claim.

Rotation and SpeedThe coordination of ROTATION and TEMPO
are the prerequisite for good ball exchanges,
because you don't just want to play one ball against the board,
but train longer rallies with an increase in speed and rotation!

ROTATION
If you are confident in the selected LEVEL 5 to 10 TOPSPINS
and can play multiple times with the same ROTATION,
then you have achieved a good RETURN STABILITY in this level.

Now you can close the block angle by setting the next higher LEVEL
and thus train topspins with larger ROTATION until you manage 5 balls again.

Now you can close the block angle by setting the next higher LEVEL
and thus train topspins with larger ROTATION until you manage 5 balls again.

You can achieve greater ROTATION if, in addition to forearm acceleration, you
optimize your WRIST USE.

With the LEVEL BAR, every BLOCK ANGLE
reproducibly adjustable for your subsequent training!

Write down this LEVEL achieved in training for your VH-TOPSPIN and for your RH-TOPSPIN.
This gives you a basis for your next training to further improve your SPIN.

So you can check the improvement of your ROTATION STRENGTH in a training period.

SPEED
The TEMPO of a ball exchange is determined by the set block angle of the board
and by its position on or behind the TT table.

With a return board on the baseline you can start with COUNTER BALLS.
Step by step, the block angle is then closed by means of the SPEED BAR
which makes TOPSPINs with more SPEED possible.

The SPEED BAR of the TOPSPIN TRAINER has 21 levels.
The POWER RETURNBOARD has 31 levels.

Closing the angle of the block causes that in the following stage
the balls are returned flatter and faster.

At a certain speed, their flight goes out over their own baseline.
At this high speed, the ball exchange ends with a
RETURNBOARD on the baseline - called "early block".

In order to be able to train TOPSPINs with higher SPEED I have developed a "mobile RETURNBOARD".
It allows a "late block" of the board at a variable distance from the TT table.
Due to the "late block", the ball trajectory is extended and the ball bounces up on its own half of the table.

Distances of the RETURNBOARD behind the TT table can be 0.50m - 1m - 1.5m or 2m.

These distances extend the ball trajectory and require a corresponding to the distance from the TT table
adapted high ball TEMPO, so that the ball reaches its own half of the table via the net.
The position of the RETURNBOARD behind the TT table can be selected "at a distance mobile".

The position behind the TT table can also be selected "at an angle to the TT table mobile".
- parallel to the baseline for parallel ball exchanges
- diagonally to the baseline for diagonal ball exchanges
- parallel and diagonal balls in one ball exchange with two "mobile RETURNBOARDS"

A good coordination of ROTATION and TEMPO allows a longer RALLY.

The coordination of ROTATION and TEMPO
are the prerequisite for good ball exchanges for longer rallies.

Because you don't just want to play a ball against the board,
but train longer rallies.

The training should lead to personal improvement
of your speed and rotation,
which is beneficial for your Competitions.
