If the ball is played on a RETURNBOARD,
thus approximately INCREASE ANGLE = FAILURE ANGLE applies.
If the ball hits the return board at an angle,
so the ball is returned by the BOARD to another location,
as from the starting point of the blow.

Exercise examples:
Exercise 1
Parallel and diagonal ball paths; see PHOTO 1 and Video 1
- On board 1, 2 and 3, 3 balls are struck alternately
- positioning from right to left and back again;
Board 1 ... 2 ... 3 ... 2 ... 1 ... 2 ... 3 ... etc.
- or irregular order

- On board 1, 2 and 3, 1 ball is struck alternately
- positioning from right to left and back again;
Board 1 ... 2 ... 3 ... 2 ... 1 ... 2 ... 3 ... etc.
In comparison to Exercise 1, stroke technique, positioning and footwork are easier to coordinate.

5 - 10 rallies on board 1
5 - 10 rallies on board 2
5 - 10 rallies on board 3
In this exercise, the individual ball speed is determined,
in which good, longer rallies can be trained.
