EXERCISE 1: Training of the "softly torn topspin" FOREHAND
With the TOPSPIN-NETZ a topspin with flexibly adjustable net height can be trained.
The tubes of the Topspin net are attached to the holders of a normal table tennis net.
All intermediate heights are adjustable up to three times the normal net height by moving the rubber rings.
Two players hit a softly torn topspin with a lot of rotation and increased trajectory in the rally with the FOREHAND over the topspin net.
In the rally, the task is to play the ball with a lot of spin and a high trajectory while aiming for a ball bounce near the opponent's baseline.
EXERCISE 2: BACKHAND Topspin with double net height up to triple net height
Two players hit a softly tipped topspin with a lot of forward rotation and increased trajectory in the rally with the BACKHAND
via the topspin net.
EXERCISE 3: Training of flat serves
With the Topspin net lower edge and the table tennis net upper edge, an impact slot with infinitely adjustable height can be displayed
(see pictures 1 and 5). The table tennis racket can be used as a measure of the height of the service slot.
From both sides a flat serve can be trained. The topspin net gives feedback for the ball height, too high balls are stopped by the net.
With training progress and training success, the height of the serve slot can be reduced.
EXERCISE 4: Training flat CHOP - rally
Also Chop-Balls should be played as flat as possible over the edge of the net. If a Chop rally is trained through the serve slot,
then it is visualized whether the ball is played with the required flat trajectory or whether he gets stuck because of too high altitude in the net.
Exercises 1 - 4 are particularly suitable for children, youth and beginner training.
